AHT collects minimal patient information as required for the enrollment and execution of the RPM program. This information is being used for the needs of RPM program and for reporting the data back to your provider for review and billing purposes. We do not, without your consent, use your personal health information for other purposes.

Please keep your physician informed about any change so that it can be communicated and updated in the portal to keep it accurate.

Batteries in the device should last for a minimum of 6 months, based on normal use.

The program is fully covered by Medicaid and comes at no cost to the patient. While standard Medicare deductibles apply, these can be covered by Medicare Advantage or similar supplemental plans.
